Policy
I am a qualified professional masseuse and just work in a fully equipped professional environment. The massage therapy offered here is for the purposes of deep relaxation, wellbeing, stress management, reduction of muscular tension and developing holistic personal awareness. I am not qualified to and do not diagnose illnesses, diseases or any other physical disorders. I do not prescribe medication. It should be obvious but it’s worth stating that all massages are non-sexual. If sexual advances are made or sexual intentions relating to the session are made known, I have the right and will terminate the treatment immediately. I also reserve the right to refuse to work on a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs. All clients are welcome regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion or political affiliation.

Payment

Both cash or cheques generally accepted if presented along with the relevant account card. Also, the online payment option is currently available to established clients and offered to new clients but only to be used as advanced payment option.

Cancellations/No-show/missed appointments
It’s absolutely fine to cancel and reschedule your appointment but please do this at least 24 hours prior to allow another client to take your slot. Failure to cancel in advance or turn up will incur a £45 charge for the incurred loss of income to the therapist. The same applies to no-shows.

Client Confidentiality

Client information and contact details are confidential and I do not share my data with outside companies. I would therefore never share your details on record, unless requested by authorities or if I thought you pose a danger of any kind to yourself and/others around you.
